We do not have ready stock of the products you ordered. After you place your order, we deliver the products directly from the seller to your door and therefore, except in very limited circumstances, we are unable to provide refunds or returns.
Return Policy:
In some cases, refunds will be applicable:
If you receive a defective, damaged, incorrect or incomplete product, you must apply for a refund within 24 hours with proof.
If the seller does not have the product, a refund can be applied.
If some products are delayed in ordering many products at once, wait for the rest to arrive or track them.
There is no product exchange system.
If the order is canceled for the following reasons, a 2.5% deduction will be made: wrong product selection, custom charges, etc.
If more than 10% of fragile products are broken, we are fully responsible.
In case of normal product damage, only the paid price will be refunded.
Refund instructions for missing products:
There must be an unboxing video.
A picture of the sticker on the top of the box and the invoice inside must be saved.
All products must be weighed and photos of the weight must be kept for accuracy.
The missing product must be reported with detailed photos, including size/color.
If necessary, all products must be returned to our warehouse.
Complaints must be reported within 24 hours.
Refund time: 7-10 working days (may be less/more depending on the payment method).
In some cases, returns will be applicable:
If the color or size does not match, a return application must be applied for within 24 hours. The team will verify and decide.
In some cases, returns will not be applicable:
If you do not inform within 24 hours.
If the display color is different.
If there is a difference of 1-4 inches in size.
If you are not satisfied with the quality.
If the product is used.
Return conditions:
Unused and unwashed product.
With original tags, manuals, accessories.
Must be returned in the original package.
AIR shipment products will be refunded after deducting 2.5%.
How to return/refund?
Login to your account.
Go to My Order and click Manage Order.
Select the product you want to refund/return.
Pack it carefully and send it to the courier (you can bring it yourself within Dhaka).
Before sending the product, you must inform us by phone or email. We are not responsible for any loss in the courier.
